Bought in the app
Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) decides refunds, not us. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Google Play order history.
Bought on our website
- Onstage is a digital service that starts as soon as you get access, so website purchases are non-refundable, as far as the law allows.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund a payment already taken.
Think a charge is a mistake?
Contact support with your Account ID, the date and amount of the charge, and what went wrong.
Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank, so we can look at it first.
