Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription

This is for subscriptions bought inside the Onstage app. We can't cancel these for you, but it takes a minute on your phone.

iPhone or iPad

1. Open Settings and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions, then Onstage.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You're done when it shows Expires on with a date. Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Choose Onstage, then Cancel subscription.

Onstage isn't in the list

Check that you're signed in with the Apple ID or Google account you paid with. Still not there? You bought on our website: see Cancel your subscription.
