Cancel your subscription
Updated
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
Bought on our website
- Sign in at onstageapp.ai with the account you paid with.
- Open Settings → Plans and choose Cancel Plan.
- Choose Cancel Subscription. (The Keep button keeps your plan.)
You're done when you see Your plan won't renew. Settings → Plans then shows Your … plan ends on with the date.
No Cancel Plan button? If Plans says Your subscription was purchased on mobile — manage it from your app store., follow the steps below.
Bought in the app
Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) manages the payment, so you cancel it on your phone. See Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Deleting the app does not cancel. Payments continue until you cancel with the steps above.
Changed your mind?
Before the end date, open Settings → Plans and choose Reactivate Plan.
Not sure where you bought? Open Settings → Plans. If it says the subscription was purchased on mobile, you bought in the App Store or Google Play. A receipt from Apple or Google also means you bought in the app.
