How credits work

Onstage tools use credits. The Generate button shows the cost before you start (Generate - … Credits). Videos cost more than images.
See your balance
Open Settings → Usage & Credits. It shows Your credits, your usage history and, on a paid plan, the date your monthly credits renew.
Where credits come from
- New accounts get some credits to start.
- Paid plans (Premium, Business, Ultra) add credits every month. Higher plans add more.
- Credit packs: on a paid plan, choose Get more credits (or Get Credits in Usage & Credits) for a one-time top-up.
"Not enough credits" with credits left
The task costs more than your balance. Check the cost on the Generate button: a video or several variations can cost more than you have. Choose fewer variations, wait for your monthly credits, or top up.
Background removal has a daily free limit. If you see Daily limit reached, try again tomorrow or upgrade your plan.
Auto-refill is off unless you tick it when buying credits. To stop it, open Settings → Usage & Credits and choose Turn off.
